To her family and friends,

Our deepest sympathies during this time of great loss. I often saw your mother at the coop and would chat with her. She knew I was Francis and Yvonne’s daughter from the Point and that I went to school with her son André, but probably not much more than that. A few years ago around Christmas time I saw her and we had a fine conversation in the produce department. I believe most of the family was already down but she was saying how glad she was to have them all here and she was just out picking up a few things. It was so nice to see her and chat.

May God give you comfort during this time!

So sad to hear of Colina’s passing. I worked at the Strait Richmond Hosp and later at Continuing Care with Colina for many years. Many good laughs we had in those long night shifts. Her many stories of her grandchildren at the time, Issac and Simon; spoke with love and pride. The many sweaters knitted on those shifts and preparations for her grand Christmas celebrations. So many wonderful memories. May she be at peace. My deepest condolences to her family.

A warm, welcoming, caring lady whose door was always open to one and all. I'll remember her as a Mother who loved her children, as a friend who valued her friendships, a lover of music, playing cards and her culinary expertise.

She will be greatly missed by both family and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

RIP Colina,

Ian
