Obituary of Willard T. Boudreau

Boudreau Willard T. "Bob" Little Anse With broken hearts we regret to announce the passing of Willard T. "Bob" Boudreau, 85, of Little Anse that occurred at the Strait Richmond Hospital in Evanston on January 14, 2017. Born December 18, 1931, he was the son of the late Thomas and Tina (Landry) Boudreau. He was predeceased by his loving wife of sixty years, Leta Boudreau. He was employeed by Richmond Fisheries Ltd until his retirement. Since his retirement he spent time with his family, fishing, hunting, playing pool with the boys at the Legion and visiting friends. He is survived by his son Robert (Kim), New Minas; daughters Mandy (Michael) Samson, Petit de Grat, Trinia (David) George, Poulamon; granddaughters Danielle, Renée, Mercedes, and grandson Mckenzi; brother Deseray (Norma) Boudreau, Louisdale; sister Elizabeth (Donald) Henri, Dartmouth. He was predeceased by brothers Arthur and Raymond; sisters Cecilia, Amelia, Lucy and Verona. A special thanks to Doctor MacNeil, nurses and staff at the Straight Richmond Hospital. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm in C.H.Boudreau Funeral Home in Arichat. Funeral Mass will take place Wednesday morning at 11am in St. Josephs Church, Petit de Grat with Father Doug MacDonald officiating. Internment will take place at the Acadiaville Columbarium in West Arichat. Memorial donations may be made to the Strait Richmond Palliative Care Society at srpaliativecaresociety.ca.
