Paula & Family, Cecil Sr., Blair, Patrick & All your Families:
We were very saddened to hear of Cecil’s passing. Although I have not seen Cecil in years,he was my second cousin & I use to babysit him & his brothers often while their mother went to bingo. Peter had good laughs this past summer with Cecil at the coffee club while we were on vacation at Gary & Annie’s.
I have been praying with all my heart as well as burning candles for Cecil since I found out he was ill.
I have kept in touch with Gary almost weekly as to how he was feeling.
Our heart breaks for you all as he was way too young & had so much more to do & live for.
We know he was an amazing fighter & fought to the bitter end. I pray if I ever get that sick I have half the courage he had.
We are so very sorry for your loss. We will keep you all in our thoughts & prayers in the days ahead.
Rest In Peace Cecil. You are now pain free & a special angel watching over your loving family.

My dear Landry family, now you can rest and know your lovee is probably now in the midst of registering for the deer hunters club and forewarning them “I’ll be a force to reckon with!” Cecil will always be remembered for his kindness and generosity towards people, no matter when, day or night you were always more than welcome at their home. They are simply the greatest neighbours ever!! When our grandchildren, their parents, and family dog lived with us this past year, he could not do enough for them and constantly spoke of how much he enjoyed hearing their laughter. We will miss you for always and love you forever, and yes Cecil, I will not forget carrot cake cupcakes for your banquet!
Words alone cannot express our heartfelt sympathies to you Patrick, Cheryl and family. We did not have the opportunity to meet Cecil or his family, left to mourn and cherish memories of healthy, happier days for one so loved. His wife certainly summed up his life with her beautiful words. Bless her and his children. I know there is no right time to say “goodbye”, but this is certainly a difficult time for all of you. It sounds like he fought a long and trying battle. Prayers for strength for all of you. Hugs))
Dearest Paula and girls ... we were so saddened to see that Cecil has passed. Gone too soon for sure. Let us know if you need anything. Gentle hugs ... Jack & Jenny

To The Family of Cecil,
I know there are no words that I can say to you at this time that will ease your pain. Having been where you are three years ago I know of the pain you have been going through for the last 5 years. The courage they have while battling this terrible disease is nothing short of amazing.
It is them who keep up our Courage and Hope going. They worry about our well being instead of worrying about themselves. After reading his Obituary there was certainly not a shortage of special caring people in your midst while you were on this journey with this Special Man.
May God watch over All of You and give You the courage to continue without your Husband, Father, Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle, Grandfather, friend and His memories will love on. You've but to look into the eyes of His children & Grandchildren and he will always live in them because part of him is in their souls. Please know that today Many People's hearts are broken for you all
As we grieve for our dear friend Cecil, he left some pretty special footprints in all of our lives. Paula, Meaghan, Emily, Trevor, Sheila, Blair, Patrick, Cecil Sr, and all of his nieces & nephews and friends, our thoughts and prayers are with you all back home. Cecil, May you now rest pain free, and I know you’ll be watching over everyone from up there as you did here on earth. You will be forever loved, and miss by us all.
