Obituary of Harold Alan Darling

DARLING, Harold Alan, St. Peter’s/Grand Anse It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Harold Alan Darling of St. Peter’s, formerly of Louisdale which occurred at the Richmond Villa in St. Peter’s on May 27, 2025. Born July 20, 1943, in Warrington, Lancashire Co., England, he was the son of the late William Owen and Margaret Aileen (Brims) Darling. Harold is survived by his loving wife Sadie Ann Darling (Fougere), Grand Anse; daughters, Donna Darling, and Becky Darling both of Barrie, Ontario; grandchild Alexandra; brothers, Andy Darling, Port Moody, Derek Darling, Cresent Beach, BC, and Ian Darling, St. Stephen’s, NB; sister, Alison Abbot, Tweed, Ontario. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son Mark Darling; brother Roger Darling, and nephew Robin Darling. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation, service or burial held per request. Memorial donations can be made to the SPCA. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home Ltd., Arichat.
