Obituary of Mary Corine Landry

LANDRY, Mary Corine, 103 of Arichat It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Corine Landry of Arichat, formerly of Boudreauville who passed away on February 6, 2026, at her residence in St. Anne Community & Nursing Care Centre, Arichat. Born in Boudreauville, September 5, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Ambrose and Beatrice (Boudreau) Landry. She had a strong faith in God that guided her throughout her life. Corine was very devoted to her family and friends and was always willing to lend a helping hand. She will be remembered by many for her selfless nature. She enjoyed a quiet life and could often be found reading, playing cards or Bingo, and knitting. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, and her extended family at St. Anne Centre. Corine is the last surviving member of her immediate family. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters Mary (Alexander) Boudreau, and Genevieve (Godfrey) Marchand; brothers Alfred (Jacqueline) Landry, Louis (Delima) Landry, and Amedee Landry. The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff at St. Anne’s Nursing Home for the love, compassion and support shown to her throughout her stay. There will be no visitation per request. Funeral Mass will be held to Celebrate the Life of Corine on February 17, 2026, at St. Joseph’s Church in Petit de Grat at 11 am with Rev. Duaine Devereaux officiating. Committal to take place at a later date in the Star of the Sea Columbarium in Petit de Grat. Memorial donations can be made to St. Anne Community & Nursing Care Centre Activity Fund. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to C. H. Boudreau Funeral Home, Arichat.
