RANSON, Joseph Bennie - 71, Port Hawkesbury, formerly of Poulamon, passed away February 7, 2012, , at the Port Hawkesbury Nursing Home. Born in D'Escousse, he was the son of the late Joseph Wilfred and Marie Kathleen (Forgeron) Ranson. He is survived by his son, Mark, D'Escousse; sister Lillian Landry, Petit De Grat; brothers, James (Delores), D'Escousse and Chesley, Poulamon. He was predeceased by his sister, Mary Diliah Ranson, brothers, Ambrose, and Bert. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass will be held Monday morning February 13, 2012 at 11 am in St. Hyacinth's Church, D'Escousse with Rev. Will MacPherson officiating. Burial in St. Hyacinth Parish Cemetery, D'Escousse at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to the Charity of choice.
