Obituary of Benoit Lapointe

Lapointe Benoit J. " Bennie"- 80 Louisdale, passed away peacefully at his home on December 2, 2007 Born in Chicoutimi, Quebec, he was a son of the late Joseph and Emelda (Tremblay) Lapointe. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He is survived by his daughter, Nicole Paoloni ( Lino ) grandchildren: Luca and Leandra Paoloni, all of Montreal, Quebec, Companion Barbara-Ann Sampson, Louisdale and her family Pearl, Betty - Ann, Janice and Norman along with many friends and neighbors. He was predeceased by his wife Berthe ( Riopel); 1 sister and 3 brothers. There will be no visitation by request. A Memorial Service will be held in Saint Louis Church, Louisdale on Saturday December 15th, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. , with Rev. Angus MacDougall officiating. Burial to take place in St. Jerome, Quebec. Memorial donations can be made to the Cancer Society or to a Charity of Choice. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home in Arichat.
