Obituary of Agnes Elizabeth Goyetche

Goyetche, Agnes Elizabeth - 87, Arichat, It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that the family of Agnes has to announce the of a passing on January 21, 2013 of a mother, grand- mother, great-grandmother, wife, sister and a friend to all who were fortunate to have known her. Agnes was a devout catholic and a faithful church goer who loved and cherished her many visits to Ste Anne de Beaupré. She was a resident of the R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home in Antigonish. Born September 10, 1925 in Janvrin's Island to the late Walter Gus and Mary Alma (Boudreau) Dorey. She resided in Arichat where she raised her family with her late husband Narcisse Goyetche. She will be missed by her children, Dianne (Blair) Landry, Robert (Matilda) Goyetche and Wanda (Gerard) DeWolfe; grandchildren, Carmen, Sheldon, Dale, Mark, Crystal and Christopher; great-grandchildren, Aidan, Jace, Brenden, Megan, Logan and Kristin; sisters, Viola Tyrell, Bertha Boudreau and Sandra Clancy; brothers, George, Amedee and Angus. She was predeceased by sisters, Isabel LeJeune, Violet Dorey, Theresa Dorey, Jean Hart,and Helen Dorey; brothers, Joseph, Clifford and Alfred. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place Thursday, January 24th, 2013 at C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home, Arichat from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 25, 2013 in Our Lady of Assumption Church, Arichat at 11:00 am officiated by Rev. Angus MacDougall. Burial in Our Lady of Assumption Parish Cemetery, Arichat at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society or to a charity of one's choice.
