Sampson, Barbara Ann - 85, Louisdale, passed away at the Strait Richmond Hospital, Evanston on June 8, 2013. Born in Louisdale, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Mary (Marchand) Landry. She was a member of St. Louis Parish, Louisdale. She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Pearl Slaunwhite, Quebec, Betty Ann Woodlock, Alberta, Janice Sampson (Camille), Louisdale; son, Norman Sampson (Helena), Alberta; brother, Conrad Landry, Louisdale; grandchildren, Doug, Jennifer, Kim, Ken, Melanie, Amanda, Brandy, Jordan and Evan, also 10 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Aloysius; son Paul Glen; brothers, Ernest "Toggie", Edward "Ned", Neri, Arthur, Rudolph and James. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held in the Glen Sampson Room in Louisdale on Thursday, June 13th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday morning June 14th at 11 am in St. Louis Church in Louisdale with Rev. Angus MacDougall officiating. Memorial donations can be made to the Strait Richmond Hospital Palliative Care Society or to the charity of choice. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home in Arichat.
