Condolences
To the family of Delores Rosalie Boudreau; In my lifetime, I have met many, many people but Delores was truly SPECIAL! She has inspired me in many ways but moreso while fighting her great battle with cancer. Every time that I met her and her husband Johnnie I always received two hugs! I will truly miss that. She always had a smile for others, there is no doubt in my mind that she did not always had reasons to smile, however, she did it for the people that she met. You, her children were extremely lucky that God chose her to be your mother, she was one of a kind. A most caring, loving, considerate individual. She and her husband raised a great family. Life was not at all rosy sometimes. They both had to face the loss of a child. But through it all, they constantly trusted God and kept the faith. Today the good Lord has opened the door of the house that He had prepared for her. Her sufferings are now over and from heaven she will take good care of all of you including her lifetime partner. Remember all the good times you had and rest assured that someday when your journey will come to an end, you will meet her again in different circumstances, in a very peaceful atmosphere and she will remember you. May she rest in peace and I feel so priviledged to have known her! She has left her mark among many people who had contact with her. Her courage was immense and I have never heard her questioned " Why me" She accepted the will of God without hesitation. Be grateful that God has granted you so many beautiful years with her. God Bless you all! Lubin & I are sending you our sincere condolences and will keep you in our prayers.

Angels are put on earth to touch the lives of many. Delores was such an angel, and sadly she was called back home way before her time. Though we still needed her here among us, can’t blame God for wanting one of his favourite angels back close to Him. Delores will always live on in our hearts as the epitome of love and kindness. We will miss her terribly - surely we will feel her watching over us from above. All our love to family and friends, Line & Dennis from Ottawa

Never did I think, I would be sitting here on a crisp summer morning with my cup of tea writing this about you nanny, growing up, you were not only a grandmother, but a mother to me, you were my shoulder to cry on, my blanket to snuggle in, my heart, my soul. You taught me so much, and tried to teach me so much haha some of my successes from you include, compassion, love, generosity, genuinity, laughter, kindness, and how to love myself and others too, some fails are bread and knitting, which I promise I will do! You have been so many things to so many people, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, a friend, a grandmother, a great grandmother, so many things nanny to so many people, and we all love you so much and we always will .... My heart has moments I hurt for losing you, but I hurt more for the times I know we cannot recreate and do again only in my mind I can play them over and over like a record. Although this seems like a darkened time for our family, I see a light shining when I look at my kids, and see you in them, when emma is nurturing and when Isaac shows immense compassion for others. you will shine in my hearts and our hearts for eternity nanny. I love you I will miss you, please come show me you are around often as I will welcome you. xoxoxoxo all my heart "little duckie" xoxoxoxo

I hope it helps you to know how many lives she brightened with her kindness. Such a wonderful lady as Aunt Delores will never be forgotten! She has been so brave & fought so hard that now it is time for her to rest. On my visit with her in July, I could see how tired she was in her eyes & feel it in her hug, but still she did not want to give up the fight. I have so many Wonderful & Special memories of her being in my life all of my life, certainly too many to list. She was a Very Special Lady! Always remember, "To live in the hearts of those we leave behind is not to die!" God Bless you all!
