Obituary of Sarah Dunn

Dunn, Sarah Boudreau - 83 Brantford, Ont., formerly of Petit De Grat, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2008 at the St. Joseph Lifecare Center in Brantford, Ont, after a long and courageous battle with Cancer. Born in Petit De Grat on October 16, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Walter D. and Alma (Boudreau) Boudreau of Petit De Grat. She is survived by a daughter Patricia; grandson Karl, granddaughter Rebecca, great-grandson Lawrence and great granddaughter Justine; sisters Etta and Olive; brothers, Raymond, Delmore, Peter, Joachim, Anthony and Omer. She was predeceased by her first husband Patrick MacNeill, brother Roy, and sister Dorilla . She leaves to mourn her husband Clarence Dunn, Brantford, Ont., step-son Jimmy, step-daughter Lorraine; step-grandsons Eric, Michael, and Patrick of Oshawa, Ont. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held in C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home in Arichat on Friday evening, May 16, 2008 from 7-9pm. A Memorial Service to Celebrate the life of Sarah will be held Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. on May 17, 2008 in St. Joseph's Church in Petit De Grat, with Rev. Duaine Devereaux officiating. Burial will follow in the Star of the Sea Cemetery in Petit De Grat. The family would like to say thank you to the MacNeill families who were special to Sarah and especially Louise Melanson, Lorraine and Ron Pan Kew who were by her side through her difficult time. Memorial donations can be made to the St. Joseph's Lifecare Center where Sarah was looked after for her last few months. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home in Arichat.
