Sorry to hear of your loss. I have fond memories of Oakie from my youth when he worked on the fisheries boat in Pictou with my father Donnie Murdock.Me and my sisters would enjoy any time we had with Oakie.I also recall a couple of years when you were allowed 2 deer,my father would drive to Arichat and come back early the next day with a couple of nice deer.wishing you all the best. Dear Viola,Family & Friends: Sorry about your loss! I didn't know your husband personally but was always told that he was a great man. Its really hard to deal with death at anytime but especially so close to Christmas. I will pray for you and your family. Only time can heal. We always ask why? but there are no answers. There is always a reason ,we only find out what it is later in life. Oakley is now in a better place and from heaven, he will watch over all of you.
