Obituary of Yvonne Marie Sampson

Sampson, Yvonne Marie (Boudreau) - 76, Louisdale, passed away at her home in Louisdale March 16, 2015 after a courageous battle with Cancer. Born in Louisdale, she was the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Stella Boudreau (Boudreau). She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Joseph Raymond Sampson, Louisdale; daughters Janet (Kevin) Martell, Louisdale; Brenda (Fraser) Martell, Toronto; Darlene (Michael) Poirier, Cheticamp; son Roy Boudreau, Fort McMurray; grandchildren Justine, Melissa, Jason, Jamie, Valerie, Shawn, Lorne, Dylan, and Jacob; great grandchildren Nevaeh, Ryan, Hayley, Dallas, Ryder, Jazmyn, Brady, Taylor, Hailey, Logan, Shawney, and Annabelle; sisters Theresa Thornhill, Halifax and Jessie Bowden, Louisdale. Yvonne was predeceased by her brother Guy Boudreau. Visitation will be held in the Glen Sampson room, Louisdale Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral Mass will be held in St. Louis Church, Louisdale Friday at 11am with Rev. Callistus Abazie officiating. Burial will take place in St. Louis Parish Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The Lodge That Gives (Canadian Cancer Society) in Halifax.
