Obituary of Aubrey Phillipe LeBlanc

Halifax/Arichat LeBlanc, Aubrey Phillipe- passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side, on March 14, 2016 in the QEII Health Science Centre, Halifax Infirmary Site. Born on May 2, 1944, Aubrey was the son of the late Joseph Harry and Mary Bernadette (Briand) LeBlanc. He was a member of the St. Benedict Council 5449 and the Nova Scotia Government Retired Civil Service Union. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Margaret Ann (Pilkington) LeBlanc; sons, Michael (Diane Derrick), Shubenacadie; Stephen, Vancouver; René (Sherry), Truro; Jeffrey (Sophie), Ottawa; Jeremy (Erin Coffin), Ottawa; grandchildren, Maxim, Abigail, Victoria, Ryan and Riley; brother, Jerry, Arichat; and sister, Nancy LeBlanc, Arichat. Visitation will take place 2-4 and 6-8pm, Wednesday March 16th in C. H. Boudreau Funeral Home, Arichat. Funeral Mass will be held 11am Thursday March 17th in Our Lady of Assumption Church, Arichat with Rev. Doug MacDonald officiating. A reception will follow the service in Our Lady of Assumption Parish Hall. Interment will take place at a later date in Our Lady of Assumption Parish Cemetery, Arichat. Family flowers only. Memorial donations can be made to the charity of one's choice. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to C. H. Boudreau Funeral Home Ltd. in Arichat.
