Godfather, what a kind, gentle soul you were. You had a wonderful sense of humour and made everyone laugh. I will always remember you sneaking us money when we would come to visit. We thought we were so sneaky and so lucky! And then I had my own daughter and it made me so happy to see you sneaking money to her too on our visits to your house. What great memories we have because of you. I know you are in heaven with Dad, sharing a drink and a laugh. Rest In Peace. You will be missed.

To the Burke Family, Sorry to hear of Leonard's passing, he was always a nice man. Will always remember in 1968 I was at the River with my then boyfriend and his car would not start and we were on our way back to Halifax and I called up Leonard and he came over and got the car started, never forgot his kindness.
