Obituary of Pauline Anne MacKay

It is with broken hearts that we announce the death of our beloved mother, grandmother and sister on September 18, 2016 at St. Martha's Regional Hospital in Antigonish, at the age of 68 years. Born in Sydney, she was the daughter of the late Wallace Alfred and Mary Jeannette (White) Ranson. Pauline is survived by her daughter Kimberly Ann MacKay, Dartmouth; sons, Jamie Wallace (Cara), Frankville and Derek (Lolita), Edmonton, Alberta; grandchildren, Christopher, Tyler, Kelsey, Dylan and Amy; sisters, Bonnie (Ed) Gardiner, Louisdale, Ann Marie (Sandy) MacDougall, Port Hawkesbury and Gail Poirier (Clifford), Poirierville; brother, Kenny, Port Hawkesbury.Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Alfie, Wayne, Paul and Cecil in infancy. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday morning at 11 am in Our Lady of Assumption Church in Arichat with Rev. Antolin Asur officiating. Burial to follow in St. Hyacinth Cemetery, D'Escousse. Memorial donations can be made to the charity of one's choice. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the C. H.
