Boucher, Amable Bernard 93 - Halifax, formerly of Arichat, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2009 at his residence in the Melville Gardens, Halifax.
Born in Arichat, he was the son of the late Henry and Marie (Mury) Boucher.
He is survived by daughters, Marie LeBlanc, Fall River, Louise LeBlanc (John), Ponoka, Alta., Elise LeBlanc, (Joe), Halifax; son, Rene (Linda), LeDuc, Alta; brothers, Peter, (Georgina), Godfrey, both of Arichat, Clifford (Rita), Arlington, Mass; grandchildren, Rene, Ian, Michelle, Matthew and Meagan. He was predeceased by his wife, Emelie (LeBlanc); sisters, Irene, Stella, Neomi, Genieve; brothers, Wilbert, John, Lorenzo, Raymond, Maxime, Emile, Joseph.
Visitation will be held on Saturday 7-9 p.m. and on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., in C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home, Arichat . Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Assumption Church, Arichat, with Rev. Duaine Devereaux, officiating,
Burial will follow in the Our Lady of Assumption Parish Cemetery, Arichat.
