Obituary of Mary Evangeline Boudreau

Boudreau, Mary Evangeline, 97 - Petit De Grat. On a day as beautiful as she was, we lost our Mother, Grandmother and Mother- in- law who passed away peacefully on August 2, 2009 at Strait Richmond Hospital in Evanston with her family by her side. Born in Petit De Grat, she was the daughter of the late Vital and Alice (Forrest) Boudreau. Evangeline was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She loved Bingo. She was a former employee of Booth Fisheries in Petit De Grat. She is survived by daughters, Alice, (Richard Felix), Havre Boucher, Lavina Boudreau, Toronto, On; son, Thomas (Deirdre) Arichat; grandchildren, Tiffany, Natasha, Lindsey and Janeen. She was predeceased by her husband, Gilbert; sisters, Beatrice, Cecile and Cassie; brothers, Willard, Baptiste, Albany, Herbie and Alphonse. Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday at 10 am at St. Joseph's Church, Petit De Grat, with Rev. Dwaine Devereaux officiating. Burial will follow in the Star of the Sea Cemetery, Petit De Grat. No flowers please. Memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association (NS) or to the charity of choice. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home, Arichat.
