Marchand, Gerald Joseph - 79, Louisdale, passed away December 29th, 2005, at the St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Louisdale, he was the son of the late Emmanuel Miller and Laura Mary (Landry) Marchand.
He is survived by his wife Rose Mary ( David ), son Glen ( Sarah Jane), grandchildren, Adam, Aaron, and Brandon sister, Margaret Boudreau, Louisdale; Brother: Louie, Sydney
He was predeceased by brothers: Joseph, Bert, Adelard Elias, two in infancy sisters, Mary, Emma, Jennie and Maude .
Visitation will take place in the Glen Samson Room, Louisdale Sunday 2- 4 & 7 - 9 p.m., and Monday 9 - 10:30 a.m..
Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Louis Church, Louisdale, on Monday January 2, 2006, at 11 a.m., with Rev. Gary MacPherson officiating .
Burial at a later date in the St. Louis Parish Cemetery, Louisdale
Memorial Donations can be made to I WK Health Care Foundation or St. Louis Paving Project
