John being such a comedian, will be missed at WalMart and Jeantie's Mini Mart where he was frequently seen. Time will heal, take care Lillian & family.
I was kind of young when Uncle John was around I don't remember him that much except for that he loved mushrooms and had my mother cooking them for him in England when we were there, From our family to your's we wish to send our heart felt sympathy with his passing. We will think of him often and keep him in our hearts and prayers.
My condolences to Lillian and the rest of the family. My prayers are with you during this time of loss. Luke
My deepest sympathy goes out to John's family. I knew Uncle John when I was a youngster in Newfoundland. I remember a lot of family/military picnics and outings. He was always teasing me about my freckles. I will always remember his wonderful smile and his endless teasing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all through this difficult time.
I met John about 8 years ago at the coffee club, (Jeanties), and we immediately became friends. He was always up for a laugh and a good joke. It is with great sadness that he has passed on. He will be missed, but will also be remembered for all the right reasons. He was a stand up man who would do anything for a friend. If I had one word to describe John O'Hearn to anyone it would be SOLID. Now that his suffering is over, and he has passed on to a better place,he will still be with us in spirit. REST IN PEACE JOHN. A GOOD FRIEND.
