McKenna Agnes Anne, 64 - Arichat, formerly of D'Escousse, passed away peacefully at her home in Arichat, on February 6, 2010. Born in D'Escousse, she was the daughter of the late Phillip and Cecelia (Landry) Poirier. She is survived by her loving husband Alexander Bruce "Sandy" McKenna; daughter, Theresa Lynn Samson (Russell), D'Escousse; son, Randy, Halifax; sister, Sheila Savoury (Stan), D'Escousse; grandchildren, Kimberly Ryan, Josh and Alex. She was predeceased by brothers, Lloyd and Wilfred. Visitation will be held in St. Hyacinth Church, D'Escousse, on Saturday, February 13th from 11 a.m. until time of Memorial Service that will be held at 1 p.m., officiated by Rev. J.J. MacDonald. Burial to take place at a later date in St. Hyacinth Parish Cemetery, D'Escousse. Memorial donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation (NS).
