When Jackie & I were younger, we were good friends until I had to leave home with my family to move to Vancouver. Muriel was always very patient and let us play for hours at a time, even though she had younger children and her dad to look after.

She had a very generous heart and spirit and was always a wonderful women of grace.

One thing that I knew I needed to do each time I went home was to make sure that I visited with her and Jackie of course. She always welcomed me with open arms.

I will never forget her.
