Three fond memories comes to mind, as I think of Brian.
Talking me in to putting Calamari on my Bar Menu @ L'Auberge and helping me to develope some recipes for the coating....the "Acadian" calamari was the best! The famous....Cape Breton Cycle run. I hosted his cycle group pre and post the run. Brian was a true compeditor & host to his group and very much enjoyed this achievement.

As a proud Boudreau Family member from West Arichat my heart is heavy and very saddened to learn of Brian's passing. I now reside in British Columbia and for the past several years Brian has kept me in touch and up to date with my cousin Sister Nancy Girroir in Moncton until her passing in March. Brian was always willing to share news and photos always laced with a quick wit just like Nancy. He made the distance small with his huge passion to keep family connected. Having not met in person his eloquent penmanship allowed me to understand and respect the wonderful, loving human being he was. As a person of faith I believe he and his Tante Nancy are having a grand card game.
All my deepest condolences to his Family and Friends.
Janet Marie (Boudreau) Tuft.

Rest in Peace my university room mate. To this day I still use some of your zany quotes with a chuckle and will always remember the good times, laughter and of course the long nights cramming we shared. I'm happy I got to know and spend time with you. It was so many years ago but seems like only yesterday. I know you're up there flashing that broad mischievous smile catching the big one and showing the others what angle of incidence the rod needs to be at to improve the chances of landing it.
Our deepest condolences, so sorry and shocked to hear of Brian’s passing. Of the short time that we had the privilege to know Brian, he was an extremely pleasant man with a great love of food and very passionate being. Prayers to all. Chefs Shawn & Andrea Massingham.
in my field of business, it's not often that a person who chooses to become a client becomes a personal friend.
it was more than the fact that we were both engineers who chose not to practice in the profession but instead became entrepreneurs. and more than the fact that we were comfortable being analytical when we were discussing business.....and more than the fact that we both liked to dance, which is very unusual for engineers of the male variety.
for he had a unique kind of quiet gregariousness in the sense that it could not be labeled as coming from someone that was extroverted. it was genuine, filled the room, and very comfortable to be exposed to... especially apparent when with him on the sea!
for the rest of my life whenever I hear the moving lyrics of Allister MacGillivray's "Sea People" being sung, I will remember Brian!
Dear Paulette and Brian's family. It was a shock to hear of Brian's sudden passing as I know it was to all. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very sad time. Hugs to all. Denise

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends who will all miss him dearly.

We were shocked and saddened to hear of cousin Brian’s passing. He had a magnetic personality and was well respected by the community. The last time I talked to him last summer we were going to go for little sail but weather turned bad. I haven't seen you since high school Brian but you were always a kind man and had no problem finding friends. Your obituary describes you as still being a kind and loving man and it sounds like you lived life to the fullest. So happy to hear this but with much sadness I now have to say good bye. You are too young to leave your life ... like so many others these days but I guess God had different plans for you too. Much love and strength going to Alice and the rest of your family, it will be a rough road ahead for them all. Soar with the Angels old friend .... and watch over your family from above. xoxo
