Obituary of Marie Rita Brewer

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Marie Rita Brewer, 99, of Louisdale that occurred at the Strait Richmond Hospital in Evanston on September 20, 2018. Born in Louisdale August 30, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Henri Harry and Elizabeth “Lizzie” (Goyetche) Landry. Rita is survived by her son, Keith (Dorina), Moncton, NB; grandchildren, Paulette and Brian; great grandchild, Brittany; brothers, Cletus (Eva), Edwin, both of Louisdale. She was predeceased by her husband Fred Brewer; grandson, Kevin; sister, Eileen; brothers, Melvin, Vincent and Delore. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 23^rd in the Glen Sampson Room in Louisdale from 6-9pm. Funeral Mass will be held Monday morning, September 24^th in St. Louis Catholic Church in Louisdale at 11am with Rev. Duncan D. MacIsaac presiding. Burial to take place in St. Louis Parish Cemetery, Louisdale. Memorial donations can be made to St. Louis Parish Cemetery Fund or to the charity of one’s choice.
