My best memory, that will remain, is when you used to create variety shows in the basement of Laurie Ann's family home. We spent many hours creating skits and presenting them to the other in the group. She always had a smile for me every time I saw her, the most recent time at a baseball game at the PDG field during the softball tournament during the festival.

My sympathies to all of you. Laurie Ann was a very Special Person who accepted God's will as it came. She was tough and fought a courageous battle with cancer. People will miss her. Especially at school, she was a ray of Sunshine there.In her sickness, she was an example to everyone. She would smile even when she didn't feel like it. I met her at the Co-op a few times and that smile was still there. Laurie Ann loved her parents, her brothers and only sister Maria.Have no fear Maria, she will follow you wherever you go, she will be closer to all of you. Members of her family was there for her in her long sickness. You can all be proud for that! There will be no more pain for Laurie Ann, she will only know love from now on. To all those who loved her she will remain close! God Bless you all and my Sympathies!
