Cecile always went out of her way to help anyone and everyone. I will never forget her kindness during the loss of my mom...or her Prom dress sewing skills when Maurice was ready to graduate...not to mention her delicious treats. Cecile was definitely "one of a kind" ! and we will never forget her or all she has done for us. May all the wonderful memories that you all share help heal your broken hearts. Our love and sympathy go out to you all at this sad and difficult time.

To the Martell and Baigent Family, There are no words to express how sorry I am on the loss of Cecille. She was truly one of a kind and the most real person I ever met. I have so many great memories laughing with her and sharing some heartfelt tears last summer talking about how life would be without her. While she had such a tough exterior, her heart was filled with deep deep kindness and that kept her going and she inherited her big heart from her beautiful family. She always treated me like family and I felt like I was for sure. I will miss her smile and the laughs we shared and please know that while I can't be there with you all, my heart breaks for you all. I know how much she was loved by you and she knew that too and no one can take aware those great memories you will have of her forever. It's time for her to rest in peace now, and Cecille, you were the best and I know you will be watching over everyone you left behind because you told me you would be so I will have faith in your words going forward. So sorry to read about Ceciles passing. She was always a pleasure to see at the Pharmacy:) Loved her stories and treats that she would so kindly bring us. She will be missed. My condolences to her family.

I was saddened to hear of Cecile’s illness and passing. Worked many years with this lady with a heart of gold and after the closing of the fish plant, worked on projects together. I wish to express my sincere condolences to her husband, Art and all of her family and extended family. She was one of a kind, a special kind, daring and the life of the party.
