Obituary of Michael Francis Isaac

ISAAC, Michael Francis "Mickey", Sydney/Potlotek

It is with sadness, that we announce the passing of Michael Francis Isaac, 57, of Sydney, that occurred at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital in Sydney on November 30^th, 2019.  Born in Sydney on December 20, 1961, he was the son of the late Anthony and Mary Charlotte (Marshall) Isaac. Michael is survived by his brothers Charles (Nonna), Peter, both of Potlotek; sisters Delores Isaac, Potlotek and Irene (Miguel) Vega, Boston, Mass. He was predeceased by his brothers John Ryan Isaac, George Francis Isaac and Patrick Wayne Isaac. Visitation will be held at the Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Chapel in Potlotek on Sunday, December 8^th beginning at 4pm until Tuesday December 10^th at 9:30am. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday morning at 11am in St. Peter’s Catholic Church, St. Peter’s with Rev. John Yake presiding.  Burial to follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Barra Head. A meal and Salite will follow at the Potlotek Community Hall. Memorial donations can be made to the family.
