Obituary of Robert John Feener
It is with sadness and regret, that we the family have to announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend to many, Robert John (Johnnie) Feener, 63, of Fort McMurray, formerly of Louisdale, that occurred at his home in Fort McMurray on December 26, 2020. Born September 12, 1957 in Sydney, he was the son of the late John and Goldine (Graham) Feener. Johnnie was a part of many local sports, such as hockey, softball, baseball, darts and bowling. He was an entrepreneur for many years and had a passion for Eagles. He loved to sing, and go dancing, and sure knew how to make his way around the dance floor with his wife Lynn. He also loved to play cards, a round of golf and really knew his way around a butcher knife. He had an infectious laugh that will be missed by all who knew him. A great goofy impression, always smiling and opened his arms for a hug every time he saw you. He had a big heart and was the kindest gentle soul.
