Monique, Annette, Claire and Pierre and families. My deepest condolences! My parents and yours were very good friends. I have no doubt that the four of them are laughing together and maybe having a card game or two. Jerome always made me laugh and I was tickled pink to be a part of his special birthday video. May God help you through your sorrow. RIP Jerome!
To the Benoit Family. I feel that I know Jerome although I never met him personally except on the “book of faces”. I said to Monique once that his sense of humour reminded me of my own Dad. May you all share memories and giggles as you give Jerome the sendoff he so deserved. Big hugs to all of you. Sincerely Theresa Fillatre.
Dear Monique Annette Claire and Pierre. Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of your dear father Jerome. He was a wonderful gentle caring Christian men who loved his family friends and community very much. I remember him working as a lineman when I was growing up on Isle Madame. In the past few years I enjoyed the occasional Facebook chat with him when Monique was down visiting him at home. I was thrilled to send him birthday greetings on the special Birthday video that was made for him and so loved his reaction to that special gift. Keep all the beautiful memories of him close to your heart and remember that twinkle in his eye which accompanied that wonderful sense of humor. Sending love from Calgary Alberta. Gail (Samson) Rude

I was saddened to hear of your Dad’s passing. I know that special bond you shared. The love you shared resonated in every post and picture you shared of this wonderful man whom we all got to meet through our Facebook journey of your visits with him over the years. Without a doubt the sparkle in those eyes shows that of a man who invites friendships, love and caring. Take care my friend and to all of your family- your children and siblings cherish those memories and let him live on in them with you.
Our sincerest condolences to family and friends..he was a very very nice man…a gentleman and gentle man xxx
