It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Derek Edward Lewis, 67, on May 25, 2023, while on vacation at his son’s home in Louisdale, Nova Scotia. Born in Bromley-By-Bow London, UK, he was the son of the late Dennis and Vera (Scroby) Lewis. Derek is survived by his beloved wife Linda Lewis and his sons and daughters-in-law Ray & Hayley Lewis and Tony & Brigitte Lewis. Derek will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Katelyn & James Lewis, and Alex & Eyrin Holloran.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation, service, or burial in Canada at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home Ltd., Arichat, Nova Scotia.
