Condolences
I have very fond memories of my Uncle Abel. The family resemblance is beautiful to me. I miss my Mom and I'm sure Uncle Abel is sadly missed as well. I love his smile in the picture that I see while I write this. All of my Mother's brothers have very rich legacies, as does my Mother. I am humbled to have not learnt more from them when the time was available but I'm grateful for all the memories that I do have. With all my heart, Karen Deegan Dorman.
Although I hadn't not spoken or seen him in many years I still feel the loss and the memories from the stories of his antics and good deeds which will live on in memory of which I can personally recall- with expression of sympathy to all members of his family - Merrill and Theresa Boudreau as well as son Gilles and daughter Adele
Andre Sylvia & Family, Our Prayers & Thoughts are with you all during this difficult time. God Bless! Ida & Margaret
I knew Abel when we were young students at StFX. He was a friend, a very likable guy who was fun to be with. I lost contact with him but he continued to be in my thoughts. I often asked about him. I feel a sense of loss. We all liked him. I send condolences to his Family. Sincerely, Stanley mac Donald
I was always in awe of Uncle Abel's joie de vivre, and the amazing and sometimes 'salty' stories people would tell of their adventures with him. Recently, I just found out that he was once a math teacher at a little one-room school in Whiteside...people there remember him also teaching boxing to his students...may he be fondly remembered.
