I am a friend of your Mother's from nursing school. Margie Fraiser gave me the news of her passing. I am very sorry and offer my condolences to your family.
It is with great sympathy that I heard of the passing of your mother. She was a great woman and a very comforting nurse when I had the occasion to be in the former Arichat hospital. It is a credit to her character how much you all loved her. I regret that she didn't have more time as she was such an active person. Her strength lives on in all of you. Reflect on the happy moments that I have seen in your photo display. May God grant you peace and comfort. Mary Anne McRobbie and family

We will miss you Aunt Edith... The last time I saw you, it was such a thrill, it had been too long. It almost felt like my Mom, your Sister Betty, was there in a tiny little bit of spirit. An emotional moment I'll never forget. It wasn't a long visit, we had breakfast and the sound of the surf brought back a lot of childhood memories. You gave us a beautiful quilt called Josephs Coat, it has been on our bed every night since we got it keeping us warm and cosy. You may not be with us anymore but the warmth of your love still is and will be keeping us cosy for a long time to come. You were a great person and will missed be many.

God Saw You... by Adam Males God saw you getting tired, When a cure was not to be. So He wrapped his arms around you, and whispered, "Come to me". You didn't deserve what you went through, So He gave you rest. God's garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best And when I saw you sleeping, So peaceful and free from pain I could not wish you back To suffer that again. So sorry to learn of the loss of your mother. My thoughts & prayers are with you, even though I can't be there in person. In my mind I picture them having a big reunion up in Heaven. Together at last. Be strong and love eachother. Love Edie
