I had the pleasure of having Bernadette in my life for a period of time and she taught me many things...and I still benefit from her wisdom even today, as I'm sure each of you do as well. I spent many of my years growing up at the restaurant with Bernadette and she really could make homemade rolls and pizza like no other! I can still see her rolling the balls of dough and sticking them in the pans to make those yummy rolls!!! She was an amazing woman and had a wonderful spirit! Thinking of you all in this difficult time!

Judy has always spoken fondly of Bernadette as a great neighbour and the good times together in the food industry. Bernice ,brother's and extended family: Over the year's I have enjoyed the many visits and how the conversations covered many topics, e.g. families, politics and religion. Your Mom was always willing to participate, inject humour at times and mostly speak from the heart .I am glad I got to know her and appreciate her values in life and deep faith which was rich with love for God and service to others. Bernice, Gerald, Delore, Roy, Jeanette & All of Bernadette's Family. There are no words to describe how sad we were to hear of Bernadette's passing. Bernadette was an amazing lady who gave so much of herself and asked nothing in return. When she lived next door to Mom & Dad with Bernice, she was a loving neighbor to our parents. It was nothing for her to bring food or anything they would need and she could possibley do for them. I can still see her sitting in Mom's rocking chair when I would come home to visit. She was a cousin to Mom, but became a big part of our family. I enjoyed my visits with her when I went home and will miss not seeing her. I know she did not feel the best, but her faith & strength always helped her along the way. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all now & in the difficult days ahead. May God Bless you with Faith, Strength, Courage and Great Memories of a Beautiful lady inside and out. She made a great name for herself through her food as well as her beautiful personality. I will treasure the memories I had with her even though they were short times per year, but I will never forget her. I loved her like a Mother and will miss her.
