Sorry to hear about your loss. I still remember drinking tea with her in Lulu's kitchen and eating her yummy ginger spice cake. She was an amazing Woman and Mother who raised 10 beautiful people and we feel privileged to be extended family! Jane & Peter
It is with deep sympathy and respect I send this note of condolence from Roberta, Daniela and I. Aunt Loretta was a special person to all that knew her, or met her. She was a cherished sister to my late Father, and my Mother regarded her as a sister and mentor where she lived with Aunt Loretta in her earlier years, which she still fondly remembers and talks to me about. We are so sorry we could not attend the funeral mass in Arichat. We are with you in our thoughts and prayers, in memory of Aunt Loretta.
Dear Pauline and the Bona Family, We want to express our most sincere condolences. We are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers in time of grief. She was a wonderful lady. God Bless You ! May she rest in the peace of her God. The "ex-Arichat" Sisters.
Our deepest sympathy to you all in your recent loss. She was a great mother and will certainly be missed. We are thinking of you with fond memories of this lovely lady.
Our deepest sympathy to you all in your recent loss. She was a great mother and will certainly be missed. We are thinking of you with fond memories of this lovely lady.
My condolences to David and all the Bonas. But, may you take comfort in the memories of a life that was long, well lived, and centered on family and faith. They just don't build 'em like that any more: 10 children, 1 of 10 herself, living through the Depression in Arichat, and totally selfless. Many fond memories of Loretta, Paul and a wonderful family gathered around the kitchen table at 1492 Carlton. Blessings to all.
Dear Barb and family, Our deepest sympathy goes out to you at this time. Although we did not know your mother, from the beautiful obituary we can see the strength and grace she had throughout the years. How fortunate you were to have her with you so long. She will always be in your hearts.Sincerely, Ann and Paul Howe

Michael and I and Brianna send our condolences to all the Bona family. She was such a dear sweet woman. Heaven certainly has one more angel. You are such a wonderful family she certainly did her job well of raising all of you.
I just heard the news about Mrs. Bona's passing. I enjoyed speaking French with her the few times we met. She is a holy woman and will no doubt continue praying for all her beautiful family from heaven!
We were shocked and saddened to read of the passing of this wonderful lady today. We are heading south in the morning or we would be heading to W. Arichat to see if you are there. I valued knowing her over the years and know that she left children who try to carry on the values she loved and shared. I as well as many, enjoyed her biscuits and bread over the years. And, most of all, her smile and gentle nature was a blessing to everyone who came in the presence. Both Marilyn and I will keep your mom in our prayers and I hope to visit with you next spring, when we return. I am so sorry for your great loss. God bless you all. Marilyn & kenzie Jones

To all the Bona Family: My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Your mother has left a legacy that teaches us about what is truly important in life and the importance of family was key. Her positive, beautiful zest for life was ever present. I smile as I remember that twinkle in her eye.
