Growing up on Janvrins Island he was always there when we needed him for electrical, plumbing or whatever went wrong that a “jack of all trades” could fix and never ever refused, and many many times never charged for his work. He was always friendly and respectful to us. Louie had a beautiful soul and may our Blessed Saviour bring him to rest in heavenly peace.
