At this time I would like to extend my sincere condolences to Rose and the rest of the family on both sides with regard to Billy‘s passing. I am so glad that I did visit him a couple of weeks ago and was able to have a nice conversation with him. For me he was the last source I had to go to for the old stories of Rocky Bay. He has always been a good friend to me and I enjoyed our conversations. May he rest in peace.

Dear Rose and family,
We were saddened to hear of Billy's passing. I am sure his presence will be greatly missed. He will leave his legacy in the family he left behind, but will be reunited with those who went ahead of him. I am sure he was welcomed with open arms and a deck of cards for sure!
Love, (Aunt) Jane (Bowen)

Only knew Billy from card plays in River Bourgeois but it was enough to know he was one of the good guys. He provided us with many laughs. Rest easy, Billy.
