To Gerard's Family, please accept my condolences on your loss. I worked with him at the call center and shared many breaks with him where we chatted about Cape Breton. I hadn't seen him in quite some time and often wondered about him. May he Rest in God's arms and may your memories of him comfort you during this time.

God Bless You, Gerard; REST IN PEACE Old Friend,
We met Gerard many years ago when he was my brother’s neighbour in Lower Sackville, NS. Our friendship started then and lasted until his passing, Although we lived far apart, my husband and I really enjoyed chatting with him. Him and I played many interactive internet games like pool and scrabble (the latter which he wasn’t too fond of but played it to please me)...that’s what he was like, always wanted to please others. We will miss you dear friend. Rest In Peace.

Thoughts and prayers to the Boudreau family at this very difficult and sad time.
Rest In Peace, Gérard.
George and Brenda -- I was surprised to read in yesterday's "Chronicle Herald" the obituary of your younger brother, Gerard. I remembered you both speak so positively and lovingly about him while we were students at St. FX, George, and while we we were on staff at Port Hood Consolidated, Brenda. From the stories you shared I know he was a very special member of your family. Hold fast to your memories, to all the cherished moments of the past, to the blessings and the laughter, the joys and the celebrations, the sorrow and the tears. We are with you in prayer.
Jack, Madeleine, Brenda and families. So sorry to hear of Gerard's passing. Our thoughts are with you....

Family of Gerard. I wanted to let you know how saddened I am to hear of Gerard's passing. Of my friend I can say this. He was strong in character and had a great sense of humor. A truly loyal friend and one lovable guy. I knew Gerard for over 20 years and I have lots of fond memories of laughter and good times.. His wit was a gift. He was a special friend and will be sadly missed.
He is now in Paradise and I can't wait to see him again
Our Prayers and Condolences go out to you

Dearest Brenda, Jack, George &Families:
So sad to hear of Gerard's passing .He certainly had his share of sickness. Know that you are all in our thoughts n prayers during this most difficult time . Hugs to all .
So sorry to hear of Gerard’s death. He was in some of my classes and sometimes I’d see him in Halifax and we’d have a chat. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
My deepest sympathy to Gerard's family on his death. Being a classmate of Goerge many years ago, and a fellow teacher of Brenda's, I was very pleased to meet Gerard when he came Judique-Creignish Consolidated School as a student. I remember enjoying his quirky sense of humour. Never one to feel sorry for himself, he made many good friends in a new school. My attempts to get him to speak French were not always successful, but we had fun at it. I will keep him, as well as you, in my prayers.

I’m so very sorry, he and I worked together at the bowling alley 30 years ago. I had recently inquired about Gerard and how he was doing to his brother Jack, he said he was getting along. Gerard didn’t complain about anything really and handled anything that he came across with determination. My Most Sincere Condolences to his Family & Friends Rest In Peace till we meet again.
So sorry to hear this.To jack and your family please accept mine and judy's sincere condolences,Gary and judy Oake

Fr George, Brenda, Jack & families, our condolences on the loss of your brother. His struggles in life have been many and he’s finally at peace. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all at this difficult time. I’m sure he had quite a welcoming team at the pearly gates. RIP Gérard!
I am deeply sorry for your loss. Gerard was such a great person to be around. As sad as we are that he has been called home , he is no onger in pain or suffering. God saw him getting tired and reached out his hands and brought Gerard home to watch over his loved ones pain free. Rest easy Gerard , you will be missed but never forgotten.
