Condolences
I first met Jacqueline when I visited her with Carol, Jacqueline,s. Niece quite a while ago. Jacqueline had a huge stock of crafts she had made & was very proud of her collection, which was so professionally made. Jacqueline was a very happy person & so was her husband Cornelius who also joined her making crafts. Jacqueline was a very lovely person & loved everyone equally. Yo the family ! May all Jacqueline precious memories give each of you all the strength you need to get through this difficult time. God Bless R.l.P
To all of Jacqueline's family,
We are so very sorry for your loss. Hold on to your beautiful memories of your mom because they will warm your heart in the days ahead as you deal with your grief, and I suspect that your mother will be sending you many prayers from her resting place near the Good Lord. God bless you all.
Peter, Gerard, Ann, Sandra, Denise, Laura, Viola & All your families:
We were very sad to hear of Aunt Jacqueline’s passing. I know it is difficult to lose one’s loved one, but Aunt Jacqueline had so very little quality of life for the past couple of years.
The last times I visited her, she never responded to me, never opened her eyes even when the nurse tried to wake her. I know deep down that she heard me trying to make her laugh & telling her how much I loved her.
My greatest memories of Aunt Jacqueline was my phone calls to her EVERY morning at 9am. If I didn’t call at that time for some reason, she would give me a two ringer to call her back. She always said she was worried something was wrong.
The phone calls she said were the highlight of her day. I would make her laugh until she sometimes wet herself haha. We would talk about anything & everything. She would confide in me & me in her.
On my visits home, she was the first place I visited the day after I arrived or sometime the same day. Her hugs & Uncle Cornelius’s hugs were just the best. They always treated me like their daughter.
Aunt Jacqueline & Uncle Cornelius made many different crafts. Uncle made me a beautiful big rosary which hangs on my bedroom door, a beautiful Christmas wreath in green & red with all the lights on it. That hangs out on my front door & lit every Christmas. I have many other crafts they made & gave me & I always treasured & always will them all.
Aunt Jacqueline was the last member of my Mom & Dads family. They have all past before her. We miss them all so much.
How I have missed my daily phone calls to you Aunt Jacqueline. I wish there was a phone in heaven to talk to you again.
It gives me great comfort to know you are joining Uncle Cornelius, the love of your life. You use to tell me if he passed, you would go right behind him as you couldn’t live without him. Well now you have your wish.
To all the family, please know my heart, thoughts & prayers are with you all.
Rest in Peace Aunt Jacqueline! You have earned your wings. Fly high with the angels. Love you forever.
Love: Linda & Pete Samson
