Brenda, Sandra and family,

We have always considered the two families as one and it is so special that we have always kept that. Aunt Madonna was always like a second mother to all of us. She worried for us all when we were out late and made sure we were all in before she went to bed. She was always ready to give us something to eat. Her smile when we would gather was always so welcoming. She was very special to all of us and we will miss her so much. Love you all and we all feel your pain.

We can't imagine life up on The Hill, without Aunt Madonna... she was always there to get people going, teasing, and just plain having fun. (It was a comfort to be able to blame Shane's early cursing on someone..... like most of the other children, he made many quarters, amusing her with his shocking language!)

We miss those days of our families living and growing up together. There was a real sense of connection in the foundation of our lives together and Aunt Madonna was certainly a big part of that unconditional love. She'll be missed but never forgotten.

We are deeply sorry for the loss of Madona. She was a great woman with a great sense of humor. We will all miss her. May God Bless your family and may he give you strength to get through this sad time. With love the "Pefine's"
